A brief introduction to our consultant...

Perman Gochyyev, PhD, is a statistician and researcher with expertise in latent variable modeling, biostatistics, psychometrics, and causal inference. He earned his Doctorate in Quantitative Methods and Evaluation from the University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Gochyyev's expertise includes multidimensional measurement, structural equation modeling, hidden Markov and latent class models, and multilevel and longitudinal modeling. His research contributed to behavioral statistics and measurement in education and health sciences. Dr. Gochyyev holds a position at the Berkeley Evaluation and Assessment Research (BEAR) Center at UC Berkeley, with previous roles at WestEd and Medallia.
